Desert Jet Center FBO To Host CJP’s Annual Convention at KTRM

Desert Jet Center, the desert’s newest and highest customer-rated Fixed Base Operator (FBO) located at the Jacqueline Cochran Regional Airport (KTRM) in Thermal, CA, is pleased and honored to host the upcoming 2021 Citation Jet Pilots (CJP) Annual Convention on October 20-23, 2021. The event marks the first time CJP will hold its annual convention in the state of California.

As the CJP FBO of choice in the Greater Palm Springs area, Desert Jet Center will be welcoming Citation jet pilots, board members, guests, exhibitors, vendors, and an estimated 120 aircraft flying into the Thermal airport during the 3-day convention. Although the airport experiences a high volume of jet traffic during peak event seasons with golf and tennis tournaments, equestrian events, modernism week, art shows, and music festivals, the CJP convention will draw the highest number of Citation jets to the airport for the 3-day event.

CJP’s annual convention, now in its 12th year, has grown into a multi-day event featuring an unparalleled combination of educational and social opportunities, against the backdrop of historic and luxurious venues and, for the first-time ever, the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, CA.

In keeping with its mission to promote and represent the interests of members who are owners and pilots of all series of Citation jet-powered aircraft, CJP’s convention features an excellent line-up of guest speakers, seminars, Partner and vendor displays, a Safety Stand Down, and expanded companion training programs during its convention.
