jetAviva logo (2)Top-ranked preowned turbine aircraft broker and CJP Platinum Partner jetAVIVA announced last month the acquisition of Cessna Citation-focused aircraft sales firm Jet Quest, creating one of the largest dealer/brokers of pre-flown turbine aircraft in the world as ranked by independent research firm JetNet.

Under terms of the transaction, Jet Quest CEO Robin Eissler will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer of jetAVIVA. “Building and growing Jet Quest to one of the largest Citation-focused sales firms in the world has been one of the greatest joys of my life,” she said. “Together, our combined teams are continuing to further jetAVIVA’s vision of becoming the greatest aircraft sales organization in the world.

“The merged company offers Citation owners greater access to other buyers and sellers through our comprehensive Citation sales team, innovative sales and marketing tools and the synergy of combined information,” she continued. “This allows buyers to discover aircraft not available through other outlets and sellers to maximize their selling prices.”

jetAVIVA Chairman and CEO Cyrus Sigari termed Jet Quest “a force to be reckoned with in the Cessna Citation market,” adding the two companies had worked together on several past aircraft transactions.

“Building a world class sales organization requires finding and integrating world class people, culture and processes,” added Sigari. “The Jet Quest story is a story about great people – not just great products. It is with great joy that we welcome Robin, the entire Jet Quest team, and Jet Quest global client base to the jetAVIVA family.”

The news comes less than a year after jetAVIVA acquired Kansas Aircraft Corporation, which focused on piston-engine and turboprop aircraft sales. The company counts more than 2,000 clients in 40 countries, and with the acquisition of Jet Quest, jetAVIVA’s geographic footprint now includes offices in Kansas City, KS; Georgetown, TX; Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY; Denver, CO; Atlanta, GA; and Madison, WI.
