Brad White – Textron Aviation

Brad White is currently Vice President, North American Customer Service Centers for Textron Aviation, the world’s leading manufacturer of general aviation aircraft. Brad is responsible for the 11 company owned service centers as well as all mobile service units for North America. Brad leads approximately 1,500 employees across the customer service network performing maintenance, modification and repairs on Citation, King Air and Hawker aircraft. He has full profit and loss responsibilities for this organization.

Prior to customer service, Brad led the Textron Aviation Supply Chain organization as Vice President for 3 years. In this role, Brad led a team of 200 supply chain professionals and managed all direct and indirect procurement, with an annual spend of over $3 billion. He was responsible for supply base performance, material cost management, purchased inventory planning, and supplier contract negotiations.

Previously, Brad spent 3 years leading the component fabrication factories at Textron Aviation in the areas of sheet metal, welding, machining, tube bending, paint, and chemical processing. Brad directed all plant capital investments, managed staffing, and had overall factory performance responsibilities for safety, financial, quality, and delivery metrics. As director of fabrication, Brad led an organization of nearly 1,000 employees operating in 1 million square feet of factory space.

Prior to being Director of Components Manufacturing, Brad held the role of Director of Production Control & Logistics for Textron Aviation where he managed all scheduling, demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation activities. His organization of 600 employees spanned across all Textron Aviation manufacturing facilities.

Brad’s experience includes serving as the General Manager of McCauley Propeller Systems, where he managed all profit and loss related business decisions for McCauley Propeller Systems. Additionally, he was responsible for leading all engineering, sales, product support, manufacturing, and customer service initiatives.

Preceding to McCauley, Brad held various management and technical positions at Cessna Aircraft within supply chain and operations. He is also a former participant in the Textron Leadership Development Program where he held rotational assignments at four different Textron business units including Kautex, Textron Systems, Cessna, and Greenlee.

Before joining Textron in 2007, Brad earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Management and Electrical Engineering from Miami University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Wichita State University. While at Textron, Brad earned his Textron Six Sigma Black Belt certifications.

Brad was raised in the Cleveland, Ohio area and now lives in Wichita, Kansas with his wife Lindsay and their three children.

Creighton Scarpone – Garmin


Creighton Scarpone joined Garmin in 2013 and has held several positions within aviation sales and marketing and aviation engineering business development. He previously served as manager, aviation aftermarket sales, where he was responsible for Garmin’s aftermarket aviation sales activity in North and South America. Creighton currently leads Garmin’s global air transport/commercial business pursuits as well as Garmin’s aftermarket business aviation activities. He was appointed to his current role in August, 2017.

Prior to joining Garmin, Creighton held various trading positions at the Chicago Board of Trade, with a focus on interest rate derivative products. Creighton has also served in various capacities in his father’s wealth management firm and continues to maintain his securities licenses. Creighton graduated with a bachelor’s in Economics and Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point where he also captained the men’s varsity hockey team. Creighton has amassed over 2,000 flight hours, is a private pilot with multi-engine and instrument ratings and is CE-525S type rated. He is partners with his family in a Cessna CitationJet and is also a CJP owner-member.
