March 18, 2020. Tamarack Aerospace is happy to announce that the inaugural recipient of its Tamarack Partner of the Year Award was presented to Eagle Aviation at the March Citation Jet Pilots Association regional fly-in held in Charleston, SC.
Accepting the award for Eagle were company president, Lee Thomas and Cary Friedman of aircraft sales and acquisitions. Thomas said, “Eagle’s partnership with Tamarack has proven strong and profitable. To date we have sold nine sets of Active Winglets and we have installed eight at our facility in Columbia, SC.” To illustrate his point, Thomas said his team finished their latest installation on a CJ earlier this month. “The customer bundled his Active Winglet installation with new livery, interior and an avionics upgrade. The 525 owner reports loving the Active Winglets and the significant fuel savings they afford.”
Eagle Aviation, located at Columbia Metro Airport (KCAE), is a full-service operation, offering FBO services, paint, interior & avionics upgrades, and a flight school, aircraft sales, charter & management. “We like to say we’re a one-stop shop, conveniently located on the East Coast.
