West Star Aviation Named as Independent Textron Service Center

West Star Aviation is pleased to announce it has been re-established as one of the only Independent Textron Aviation Service Centers in North America. The announcement was made internally in June by Textron Aviation.

The agreement includes service and support for all Textron Corporate/General Aviation products including Cessna Citation, Hawker, King Air, and Cessna Twin Engine product lines. The agreement also allows West Star the ability to process warranty claims and administer other Textron Programs such as Citation ProParts.

“We are extremely proud to be selected as a Textron Aviation Service Center and have had a long history of Citation, Hawker, and King Air ASCs prior to this new agreement,” stated Bob Rasberry, COB.

“This agreement further enhances our East Alton, IL (ALN), Grand Junction, CO (GJT), Chattanooga, TN (CHA), and Perryville, MO (PCD) facilities as a nationwide, full service support network for our existing and future Textron customers,” stated Jim Rankin, CEO.

West Star is proud to have been voted the #1 Preferred MRO for six consecutive years from 2014-2019 in Professional Pilot Magazine’s annual PRASE Survey. The survey first included the ‘Most Preferred MRO’ category in 2014 and West Star has won the #1 slot each year since its inception.
