CJP 2022: Photo Gallery – CJP Auction Nets Big Bucks to Support Association Programs

Textron Aviation CEO Ron Draper is surely a fairly popular guy among Citation jet owners and pilots, but not even he is accustomed to getting a phone call at 9:25 in the evening asking if three CJP members could have lunch with him. That’s just what happened during the CJP Dinner and Live Auction at CJP 2022.

With professional auctioneer and entertainer Harry Santa-Olalla leading the bidding (and calling the CEO) CJP members enthusiastically bid on a variety of exciting experiences, from yachting excursions through the Mediterranean to aerobatic experiences with the likes of Sean D. Tucker and CJP Safety Committee Chair Charlie Precourt.

By the time bidding wrapped, more than $770,000 had been raised in support of the Association and the CJP Safety and Education Foundation (and yes, Draper happily agreed to triple his one donated lunch, Citation plant tour and simulator experience, raising a total of $63K for the cause.)
